Caster Messages is the standalone Caster OS mini app for inbox, threads, compose, attachments, encryption, privacy, realtime, notifications, moderation, QStorage, event log, and rollback evidence. This fallback is live for navigation and verification only. Message sending, attachment uploads, realtime publishes, production datastore mutation, QStorage writes, event-log appends, rollback, wallet signatures, and public announcements stay blocked_external until deterministic evidence passes.
